Congratulations go out to Richard! As well as our thanks for purchasing raffle tickets, including the winning one of course! Richard won the metal locator at the Mount Diablo Surveyors Historical Society 8th Annual Raffle & Picnic on Saturday June 8, 2002 at Edward R. Levin County Park in Milpitas, CA. In addition to the great food and the many, many prizes, Richard walked away with the top prize! We would also like to thank those individuals and/or companies that purchased raffle tickets. We raised just over $2,000! Proceeds from the raffle will be used in support of the goals of the Mount Diablo Surveyors Historical Society to: “Collect, Preserve, and Display Artifacts of the Land Surveying
